I understand and acknowledge that, except for
limited circumstances listed below, an agritourism activity provider is
not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an
agritourism activity. I understand that I have accepted all risk of
injury, death, property damage and other loss that may result from an
agritourism activity. I understand that an agritourism activity provider
is not protected from liability if the provider: (1) Performs an act in
a grossly negligent manner and causes injury or damages to a
participant. (2) Purposefully causes a participant's injury. (3) Acts or
fails to act in a way that constitutes criminal conduct. (4) Recklessly
fails to warn or guard against a dangerous condition that causes injury
or damages to a participant. A dangerous condition is a condition that
creates an imminent and substantial risk of injury or damages to a
participant. Play at own risk. Adult supervision is required.


By visiting Moore Family Farm, you fully acknowledge that there is an
inherent risk of exposure to common communicable and zoonotic diseases
such as COVID-19, E. Coli, Salmonella, Listeriosis, etc. from both
humans and animals. It's important to remember that anyone can become
sick from a communicable and/or zoonotic disease, including healthy
people. However, some people may be more at risk than others and should
take steps to protect themselves or family members. These people are
more likely than others to get really sick, and even die, from infection
with certain diseases. These groups of people include: children younger
than 5, adults older than 65, pregnant women, and people with weakened
immune systems.


By signing below, I agree for all those in my party and agree to hold
harmless and do forever release Moore Family Farm for all current and
future liability related to this visit.

Attraction and food venue availability are subject to change without notice due to staffing. We make every effort to operate at full capacity. However, depending on current circumstances, it may not be possible to open all available attractions and food venues

Tickets are only valid for the date and time purchased and guests will be turned away if they arrive on the wrong date and time should we be at capacity. Please double check you have entered the correct information before submitting your order.


Pets are NOT allowed.


In the event we are forced to close FOR ANY REASON a ticket voucher towards a future visit will be issued.
